After providing you with the estimate
package we will meet with you to review the estimate and point out any
project idiosyncrasies. If you wish to change or modify the pricing to
match your company's strengths or weaknesses we can easily do that. If
the bid becomes an actual job, your staff will supervise, construct and
track the project.
If you wish us to project manage for pricing of additional
and revised work, we can be of assistance. We will work with your client
directly and represent and resolve your concerns. We will provide suggestions
or recommendations on construction techniques when appropriate. We do
not supervise projects in the field on a day-to-day basis.
We can help budget your projects to see if you can afford them before
spending money on architectural and structural fees. We can give you
comparative prices to see if your other bids are realistic and competitive.
We can also help you price your project, then find you a concrete contractor
who can fill your specify needs. We look forward to hearing from you
